    Just tried this. Used half the amount of whipping cream and supplemented with Skim milk. Also added some shrimp. Very successful and easy to make.

    Made this for dinner tonight. Only had one cup whipping cream so I substituted fat free half and half. Also used chicken italian sausages. Very delicious. Will make again for sure.

    I made this recipe for my husband and we both absolutely loved it! Didn't have any pepper flakes but I used hot Italian sausage so I wasn't too worried about it. I also added mushrooms and I used banza chickpea pasta to keep the carbs down. Absolutely delicious

    Made this for the second time tonight. So easy and delicious! I added mushrooms to the sausage and subbed roasted broccoli for the spinach, amazing!

    Mine came out soupy and while the flavor was decent it was far too rich for our taste buds. Probably wouldn't make it again.

    Great standby: if no heavy cream you can use 1 cup of milk + 1 Tbsp of melted butter. Would also be delicious with chicken!

    Holy shit this is good. I just added mushrooms and subbed some of the cream for milk and cream cheese.. Dang!

    Skip the pasta and replace it with zoodles for a low carb option... spinach is optional.
